Founded in 2003, this breakaway big 4 supply chain consultancy is growing fast and recruiting consultants. Youll deliver process and operations led supply chain improvements for blue chip businesses whilst building a brand that will be the leader in UK supply chain consulting.
Unlike larger organizations you'll start work on a client assignment as soon as you join; there is no on-the-bench time while you try to find an assignment.
Just as important you'll be working with, and meeting clients, from day one; they do not have back-room staff. This means you'll be typically work on client sites and when not working on client sites you'll work from home, thereby helping you to achieve a work-life balance.
Development opportunities are available for all. So you'll be promoted and rewarded in line with your demonstrated abilities.

Key Requirements at consultant level are:
Retail & FMCG sector experience
A min 2.1 degree in relevant subject
A successful record of making tangible improvements in transport and distribution, or manufacturing and planning, or procurement
The desire to develop their own capabilities and those of their colleagues
Previous consulting experience at a recognised leading consultancy.
Salary:
base of 35-45k+ bonus
