Role description:
You will be working on developing clients and fulfilling recruitment briefs for roles within the management consultancy and financial services sector. You will be liasing with candidates and screening them for roles. You will be responsible for developing and building accounts with leading professional services firms and FTSE 100 companies.
Person description:
You are a high calibre graduate with at least 2:1 degree from a redbrick university. You will have some business development or sales experience, ideally within recruitment or business to business sales. Alternatively you will have experience within financial services or management consultancy and looking for a more entrepreneurial environment. You will be a self-motivated team player and driven to build business. You will be a good network builder and have strong influencing skills.
You will have outstanding communications skills both written and spoken, and great interpersonal skills. You are well organised and focussed, with great stamina and the highest levels of professionalism and integrity. You will also have the flexibility and interest to work in a small team for an ambitious company.
