Background
A boutique consultancy is seeking to recruit experienced consultants to join its small yet growing fast business performance transformation team.
They work with a wide range of clients within both public and private sectors predominantly across the UK and mainland Europe and focusing on change, programme management and process redesign mainly in financial services.
Requirements
Successful candidates will be experienced consultants who have:
A track record in the operational and organisational aspects of business performance transformation Programme, project and change management skills (PRINCE2) Architecture and management of post merger integration change programmes experience
Role
The role will involve:
- defining and delivering consistently high quality work in a broad range of business transformation and change assignments - playing a key role in building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the achievement of follow on sales within existing client accounts - supporting the Management Team in growing the consultancy e.g. by supporting internal processes such as recruitment or knowledge management
