Mindbench works on a retained and contingent basis and recruits on a permanent and project basis for our clients. We work in the UK and internationally, and recruit at all levels for roles in London, UK regionally, Paris, and Dubai/Abu Dhabi.

Recruiters:

Have you considered working in management consultancy recruitment or are you already? If you join Mindbench you will be working on briefs for our clients - using our network and your business development skills, you will source and select outstanding candidates and take charge of the whole life-cycle of recruitment. Your development plan will identify your training needs and you will work with Mindbench in achieving the business and your professional goals.

We look for high calibre graduates (minimum 2:1 from a red brick university), who have outstanding communication skills and a proven ability for building relationships. These business development skills could have been gained in recruitment, or other sales / business development activity for professional services companies. You will have a "can-do" attitude and a passion for results. You will be looking to move your career forward in an organisation which can help you shine, and be looking for an opportunity to contribute immediately to a fast growth company.

Researchers:

We are looking for researchers who relish the challenge of identifying and working with the best candidates in the industry. Mindbench works with candidates from the top management consultancy fims globally, and we are looking for researchers who can build our network and relationships with the talent base further. As well as working as a researcher you will contribute to the development of the company and be mentored by our collegiate team. You will have a development plan in place for your progression, which will be acheived as soon as each of the competencies are realised.

We look for high calibre graduates (minimum 2:1 from a red brick university), who have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, drive and good team work skills. Ideally you will have an established competency in research - in recruitment or market research and be looking for a new challenge with a very entreprenurial, collegiate and motivated team.

Support and administration:

We are looking for people to join as recruitment coordinators. You will be coordinating candidate meetings for candidates and ensuring that Mindbench candidates are given priority in scheduling at our clients. You will have a professional manner, and excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Mindbench will ensure that you develop your career further.
