Capco among the best companies to work for

The global business and technology consultancy Capco, has announced that it has achieved 27th place in The Sunday Times' 2013 list of '100 Best Companies to Work For'.

It is the second time the company has reached 27th place, after it achieved the same position in last year's list.

The award comes at a time when the company has been expanding at a rapid rate, with the hiring of hundreds of new staff members.

Andrew Tarver, Capco partner and UK chief executive said: “I am delighted that our employees believe so strongly in their firm. We continue to invest in the development of every single employee and we strive to provide an environment which encourages collaboration, qualified risk taking, personal development and innovative thinking."

Within The Sunday Times list, Capco was rated 23rd for its skills in leadership and personal growth, which is aimed at displaying to what extent employees feel that they are challenged and stretched by their jobs.
