ea Consulting Group launches new division

ea Consulting Group (eacg), which provides change management consulting and resourcing solutions, has announced that it has launched a new division within its company; ea executive interims.

The new area of the company will mainly focus on providing a high-quality interim resource for its extensive list of clients within the financial services sector.

Mike Fisher, who has previously held a top position at a respected interim provider, will head up the new division.

Mr Fisher said that the company already had an impressive list of clients and partners that would benefit from the formation of ea executive interims, and stated that he was confident of providing them with the best service possible for resourcing strategies.

He added: "Our interims hit the ground running and deliver a cost-effective solution to an immediate business need. Moreover, we don’t operate on a fire and forget basis; we take an active role in monitoring progress across all the roles we place."

Clients will be able to gain instant access to a pool of senior resources, capable of facilitating major change across a wide range of business critical remits. These include credit and operational risk, as well as governance and compliance.

The new division will also undertake projects in business transformation and change management, as well as providing expertise in subject matter in fields such as finance and risk, mobile and digital, collections and payments, and complaints. .

Neil Candeland, managing director Europe at eacg called the launch of ea executive interims an "important step" in the development of its range of resourcing services, and that it would help the company fulfill its ambitious plans for growth in the near future.

Commenting on the appointment of Mike Fisher, Mr Candeland said: "In Mike we have a senior industry player who has long standing relationships with some of the best interims in the business and knows exactly what clients are looking for. We look forward to rapid progress within a sector we know very well."
