ea Consulting Group launches new talent partnering...

ea Consulting group (eacg) has announced that it has launched a new division that will focus on talent partnering, while also offering a range of permanent resourcing solutions to eacg's financial services client base.

eacg has managed to build a reputation for itself as being one of the industry's leading providers of change management resourcing and consulting solutions.

The new department will aim to build on the company's already impressive track record within the sector, while also helping clients to attract, retain and develop the best talent possible across a wide range of critical business remits, such as risk, compliance and governance.

It is the second division to be launched by the firm over the course of the last three months, and will be led by Mark Peacock, who was previously head of the permanent finance and operations change management division at one on of the UK's leading recruitment companies.

He said: “eacg can now offer clients another important piece of the wider resourcing jigsaw. Not only can we run a range of diagnostics to help clients develop their resourcing strategies but we are then able to partner them with top quality permanent talent. We believe that this integrated approach will go down well with the market and help fulfil our ambitious growth targets.”

Not only will it supply clients with some of the best candidates in the financial services sector, but it will also look to deliver a wider suite of services that include talent mapping, as well as diversity analysis and advice.

Neil Candeland, managing director Europe, concluded: “The launch of our new Talent Partnering division means that we can provide clients with expert advice across the whole spectrum of change management and resourcing solutions. Whether a client needs a senior interim to kick start change or a specialist team to bolster internal capability we can help."

He added that the launch of the company's executive interims division three months ago, as well as the appointment of a number of leading workers within the industry, represented "exciting times for eacg.”
