Management consultancy Baringa announces 25%...

Baringa Partners has witnessed a 25 per cent growth in the last financial year to the end of March 2012, it has been announced.

The specialist management consultancy business which serves the energy and financial services sector said that there had been an increase in headcount, an expansion into new geographies and a broadening of offerings.

During the past 12 months Baringa has grown to 250 consultants, while it was also named as the best place to work in the UK by The Great Place to Work Institute.

Mohamed Mansour, managing partner at Baringa Partners, said: "It has been a truly remarkable year and while we are pleased that our efforts have been recognised by external organisations, I think we are most proud of the fact that more than 90 per cent of our turnover continues to come from repeat business."

He added that this is testament to clients’ satisfaction with the professional services it provides them.
