New opportunities for junior consultants as Moorhouse continues to...

Business transformation consultancy Moorhouse has announced continued plans to grow despite the ongoing recession, by introducing a junior grade level for the first time since being established nine years ago.

The firm claims that it will recruit the best students looking to get on in their career.

Training will be provided, where graduates will get the opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the industry, thus opening up their career opportunities.

The move is seen as a big move for the company, which supports various FTSE250 clients with their most complicated and important business transformations, as such opportunities were previously only available to the industry's most experienced consultants.

Stephen Vinall, Moorhouse managing director, said: “Our clients have come to expect the highest delivery quality from Moorhouse, so the training, mentoring and development programme will actively reinforce this standard.’ This new entry level will mean that graduates with relevant experience in project management, and two years’ experience from relevant companies, will be encouraged to apply."
