Our client is a leading technology company. The Software Engineering division is looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the Group Heads. You will report directly to the division's Chief of Staff, but will be focussed on supporting all Group Heads in the division carry out their diverse responsibilities. You will be required to meet the deadlines required by the various groups and division as a whole, prioritising the tasks as appropriate. On a typical day you will find yourself involved in data gathering and business analysis for the division, time sheet and permission administration, as well as organization of cross team meetings. You will have the opportunity to work closely with members of the division to gain insight on and recommend new conference and event opportunities.


The division is fast-paced and we will therefore expect you to be able to work in an agile manner. This is an opportunity to create great value to the division and the firm and you should bring a personable, collaborative and innovative approach to the role.
The Individual
The ideal candidate will:
Have a clear, concise and factual communication style.
Be able to operate autonomously and take a self-starting approach to getting work done.
Be adept with Microsoft Office – especially Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Have experience working with diverse sets of data.
Have a strong academic record.
Be passionate and interested in learning more about software engineering.
