Mindbench Team

The Mindbench team is composed of high calibre ex-management consultants and top search professionals. Collectively we have several decades of experience of recruiting to the management consultancy sector in the UK and internationally. We have experience of hiring at all levels including Director and Partner, and of undertaking sensitive search assignments as well as contingent and interim/contract recruitment. We network actively within the industry and we have very extensive contacts in the firms. Although centrally located in central London, we also have a growing Mindbench team presence in the UK and Europe. Within our team we speak many European languages fluently including German, French, Spanish, Swedish, Polish, Russian, Armenian and Lithuanian.

	Richard Stewart is the founder and Managing Director of Mindbench, and before this worked as a Management Consultant for major firms. As well as running Mindbench he specialises in retained search assignments and Director/Partner level placements. He has extensive experience of recruiting in the strategy consulting and operational improvement areas, across sectors. He speaks regularly at industry events and is quoted in regularly in the consulting press and broadsheets about the sector. When Richard is not working he is often travelling the world to explore, or on diving trips, running, or practising yoga and Pilates.
	Jamie has been recruiting management consultants since 2005, mainly across operations / transformation / performance improvement service lines. He is currently heavily involved in roles for the financial services sector and within customer experience consulting across sectors and runs a mixture of contract and permanent opportunities at all levels. He recruits to end-clients as well as consulting firms large & small. Outside of work Jamie is a Master Diver and Instructor, having certified 150 PADI & SSI divers, he also firmly believes that the Six Nations is the finest annual tournament in any sport.
	Aurelia is currently working in our French office in Montpellier. She started her career as a management consultant in France within the aerospace sector. She moved to London and joined Mindbench in 2009. Currently she covers financial services with particular focus on strategic sourcing, strategy and also more operational/process engineering roles. Aurelia is a native French and German speaker. Outside work, she is a passionate rock climber.
	Valerija joined Mindbench in October 2010 having come from a recruitment and international communications background. She specialises in research, innovation, IT/strategy focused roles both within industry and consulting. She also has an on-going demand for recent graduates with EU language skills for opportunities in Dublin in consulting and research. She is fluent in Russian and Lithuanian and is taking on regional assignments as well. Val is interested in new technologies and communications and regularly keeps our website up to date. Outside of work Val is a passionate amateur photographer and a keen snowboarder.
	Oskar joined Mindbench in 2011 having previously been at Hudson where he managed the Management Consultancy team within the supply chain and procurement function. He specialises in supply chain and works closely with a number of market leaders globally. At work, Oskar is passionate about learning new ways for businesses to manage their spend and improve their supply chains. Outside of work, he is passionate about music and co-manages an independent record label in his spare time. Oskar has lived and worked in Italy and the U.A.E and is fluent in French having lived in Paris for 4 years.
	Adel has been involved in recruitment for almost 2 years and before this had experience in commercial insurance. Specializing primarily within the IT management consulting area, Adel has exposure to all verticals and is gaining a wide ranging experience with the aim to become a well-grounded head-hunter with 360◦ recruitment consultant skills. He is a keen golfer and enjoys the great outdoors as well as keeping up with the latest technology trends.

Support Team

Zaneta Motkowicz joined Mindbench in the summer of 2011, where she supports the team with urgent research requirements and interview arrangements. Originally with the background in training, studies and sales, she gained her experience having worked as a Recruiter and Head of Studies for the biggest language school in Poland and on projects for some leading companies. Zaneta speaks Polish, English and German. She strongly believes she can add a couple more to the list. Outside of work, she is passionate about film and a keen traveller. She played volleyball professionally and now enjoys Pilates, cycling and snowboarding and loves discovering new places.
