Outsourcing / Shared Services Consultancy Jobs and Recruitment

Our clients are working with both the private sector and major government departments to radically improve business performance through outsourcing and shared services. Mindbench is working closely with the “Big 4”, major system integrators and specialist outsourcing and transformation advisory firms. We have excellent opportunities for people who have undertaken either the strategy, business case development or the operational and change aspects of outsourcing and shared services programmes. Outsourcing and shared services programmes can include the IT function, the HR department and the finance function. Mindbench is currently working with consulting firms in the UK, Europe and further afield to hire on a permanent and project basis. Ideally you will have outsourcing and shared services experience from a consulting firm, and a pre-requisite is to have the appropriate nationality or meet the Visa criteria to work in the UK. Financial services is a particular growth sector for outsourcing and shared services and it would be useful to have experience in this sector.
