The Future for Attracting and Retaining Talent

Consulting firms are rapidly adopting new approaches to working in order to attract and retain the most talented people - and to meet the changing demands of their clients. But the challenges of a new generation of consultants and new ways of doing business mean that this pace will have to increase.

This was the topic of the MCA conference on New Ways of Working in Consulting with a keynote presentation by Dr Philip Stiles from Judge Business School, sponsored by Mindbench.

A panel of industry experts from MCA member firms Accenture, Deloitte, Hay Group and Propaganda debated his views with a representative audience from the consulting industry.
