ea Consulting Group expands UK operations with Halifax...

ea Consulting Group, which is a leading provider of change management resourcing and consulting solutions, has announced that it has expanded its national network by opening a new office in Halifax.

The new branch, which will be located in the centre of the town, brings the total number of offices run by the firm around the world to eight.

The main purpose of the expansion will be to increase the company's presence in the north of England, in order to serve its growing number of clients within the region.

The financial services specialist, Lorraine Robertson, has been appointed as head of the new venture, and brings 15 years of working in the industry.

Various financial institutions have benefitted from Ms Robertson's expertise, including retail banks such as HSBC.

Her experience has allowed her to develop a number of relevant skills over the years, in areas such as global migration, recruitment, change management and resource management.

Commenting on the expansion, Neil Candeland, ea Consulting's managing director Europe, said: "This latest development reflects our ambitious expansion plans and a desire to provide clients with the best possible on-the-ground support. The move was led by client demand and Lorraine will focus on identifying and filling any skills gaps for our existing client portfolio along with developing new client opportunities."

He added that the company had received a great response from both clients and associates within the surrounding region.

Mr Candeland also stressed that the move would greatly benefit the group, and allow them to build a solid platform for growth in the rest of the region.

The announcement also coincides with the firm's 15th anniversary, which the organisation has chosen to mark by establishing partnerships with a number of charities over the course of the next year.

The causes chosen by the firm include Cancer Research, My Voice London, Children with Cancer and Leukaemia (CCLASP), as well as Halifax's own Forget Me Not Children's Hospice.

ea Consulting has already announced some of its fundraising activities over the course of the next 12 months, starting with a raffle on June 22nd.
