Our client is a global provider of digital education solutions to large corporates, with a focus on financial services. The online learning industry is one of the fastest growing in the world and their history of innovation has allowed them to operate at the frontier, their success comes down to a joint passion for education and technology.

This role will be part of the advisory function helping clients develop learning strategies, learning and knowledge of technologies and learning measurement programs.

You will work with some of the brightest talent in the digital learning space and they have a wide array of products and services to serve their clients across industries. The opportunity is suitable for someone who wants to grow a business line and cultivate long lasting client relationships. You will be motivated by building a portfolio, working with senior stakeholders and understand their business needs.


  1. New Business

    • Drive sales for advisory across the practice lines

    • Prepare and deliver new business proposals

    • Develop a public presence in the industry and network at a senior level at company and industry events

    • Identify opportunities to grow existing clients through seeking consulting add-ons to existing solutions

  2. Existing client relationships

    • Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing clients

    • Work with the internal teams to ensure profitable and enduring relationship with the clients

    • Represent the company at key public events

    • Develop case studies and testimonials jointly with the clients

  3. Institutional Knowledge

    • Maintain complete and accurate records of the company’s CRM system

    • Update the account plan to support internal account reviews and meetings

    • Contribute closely to the company’s knowledge base

    • Work with internal teams to identify and create client case studies


  • Degree educated in finance or related discipline

  • Consultative selling experience within B2B environment, with focus on solution sales

  • Business development experience

  • Establish and maintain client relationships at senior levels

  • Strong proposal writing

  • Experience in key account management and growing client relationships

  • Strong negotiating, networking and communication skills

  • Commercial awareness and financial acumen and interest in international business development is required

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally and operate effectively with senior colleagues and clients.

This role will require you to travel within the UK and abroad on a regular basis.
