We are currently working on a great Business Development Associate opportunity with a Company focused on Market Research and Market Insight, which aims to accelerate the decision making of their clients by connecting them to the world’s top professionals and industry leaders;

Working alongside the Business Development Team, you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Acting as consultants - clients appreciate expert insights for their needs, so take the time needed to understand those needs and address them head on;

  • Connecting with prospects through written and verbal communication techniques;

  • Work closely with business development teams to understand prospect needs, and for continued knowledge development;

  • Prospect into accounts, searching for key points of contact; 

  • Strive for daily, weekly, and monthly demo goals, while providing excellent experience for prospective customers;

  • Work continuously on qualitative and quantitative metrics;


The ideal profile, would match the following criteria:

  • A BA/BS degree, frequently in economics, finance and related majors;

  • Internship experience or professional work experience is an advantage, ideally in finance or sales;

  • Love to prospect - act as the engine of the BD team, reviving up and warming up leads to be shared with the Business Development team who would then detail the products;

  • Work with a strong sense of urgency, which translates into activity with the expectation of making 50 calls per day

  • Naturally and highly curious - ask thorough and pointed questions, guiding potential clients through needs analysis and discovery sessions to qualify the lead and drive new opportunities;

  • Terrific prioritization skills;

  • Professional communicators, both verbally and in their written works, as well as strong negotiation skills and can effectively close leads;

  • Love to meet and exceed goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;

  • Team players with entrepreneurial spirits;
