Consulting Role at Customer Experience Consultancy

Our client is a London-based consultancy that use Customer Experience Management to help their clients in a variety of sectors to achieve sustainable growth. They have an employee-centric culture with a focus on working hard for their clients’ benefit. Their flat structure means that employees are given a lot of responsibility and flexibility with a strong focus on team. Due to the increase in projects in the pharmaceutical area, they are now looking for experienced pharma consultants to join them.

Role Information:

  • You will be working on CX projects for a variety of Pharma clients.
  • This role would be a combination of working on client sites/from home/ in the London office.

Role Requirements:

  • You will have consulting experience in the Pharmaceutical sector and pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Candidates who have worked in Customer Experience across a variety of sectors will also be considered.
  • You will be a strong team player with high energy and excellent at building lasting relationships.
