Due to their continued growth and greater demand for delivery & commercial capability within the Life Sciences area, they are now looking to recruit an experienced consultant to head up their Pharmaceutical practice in EMEA.
This role provides an exciting opportunity for an energetic, ambitious self-starter who has good experience in management consulting and is looking for a leadership role which will be pivotal in building their Pharma business. The role will see you developing relationships with their client base across the sector and owning the build out of their Pharma offering in EMEA.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of consulting engagements within Pharma Life sciences 
- Take ownership for managing the relationships with key clients
- Develop & lead their Pharma team
- Lead business development activity collaborating with other senior members of the firm
- Drive thought leadership and continually innovate their solutions
- Lead the creation of compelling content based on market leading insight
- Work with leadership team to manage all aspects of their business including strategy, commercials, resourcing and practice management
- Be an inspirational leader of leaders within the delivery team and more broadly in the firm

Skills and Experience:
- Degree qualified, ideally with postgraduate qualifications, such as an MBA
- management consulting experience in customer-centric transformation work e.g. customer strategy, marketing, sales & service transformation or customer-technology adoption
- experience in a commercial sales, marketing or service role in Health Science (Pharma)
- Track record of successful senior leadership within a consulting firm or internal consulting team
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Track record in establishing and managing relationships with clients
- Ability to lead and contribute to business development
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, and an ability to understand sophisticated data-based analysis
- Ability to think quickly solve client problems from first principles based on limited information
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience
- Experience building high performing teams and leading people on a personal development journey
