The Opportunity

As an Executive Assistant (EA) you will work directly with their Managing Partner who is based between Berlin and London and provide high level of executive support that will allow him to efficiently focus on the most impactful ways to grow the business and to perform his executive and strategic functions. Moreover, you will have the chance contribute to a dynamic, growing company in a highly innovative industry with an excellent working atmosphere and great team spirit.

Profiles They Are Looking For

- Background in Business Studies, Economics, Marketing, Communications or Social or Political Sciences
- Administrative experience for executives or top business leaders in an performance oriented environment with a high need for confidentiality, integrity, and teamwork
- Highly competent in MS PowerPoint incl. Diagrams and Bullet point writing, plusMS Excel, incl graphs and pivot tables
- Speak English as a native language
- Passionate about working in a growing company
- Outstanding communication, research and problem-solving skills as well as high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to multitask and identify key priorities independently
Comfortable working on own initiative for long periods or with limited supervision
- Team player with a patient and flexible attitude
- Available full-time
- Provide executive decision support to the Managing Partner with communication & data
- Manage the Managing Partner`s calendar i.e. plan and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
- Attend meeting and fulfill representative tasks together with the Managing Partner
- Respond to incoming phone and email inquiries
- Coordinate and manage extensive business travel, conference and meeting bookings and accommodation for the Managing Partner
- Assisting the Managing Partner in business development initiatives, including, identifying new potential clients (research on companies & individuals), analyzing collaboration with existing clients and client reporting, scheduling meetings, managing and conducting client communications
- Manage and submit expense reports as required
- File and retrieve documents, records, and reports
- Communicate and work with other Assistants to keep them apprised of key events and to improve joint processes
