Our client is a successful global insights and research business. They have a very wide and deep global network of experts. They work with these experts to provide advice to decision makers across sectors. They have offices in Germany, UK, US, Japan and China and are undergoing rapid growth. 
Roles and Responsibilities:

-  Design and execute the clients Global Human Resources strategy to ensure the best in class talent acquisition & talent retention

-  Represent the company in an inspirational manner to team members & external stakeholders

-  Design & execution of recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire top qualified candidates

-  Proactive identification and addressing hiring needs across the global offices in partnership with relevant stakeholders

-  Evaluation and refinement of sourcing & selection procedures, alongside research & building of new sourcing tools & recruiting software

-  Overview an organized structure of recruitment events and establish strong external relationships with key academic institutions

-   Leading on recruitment & establishing a cutting-edge talent acquisition strategy and working with external partners to find top talent

-   Building & leading a team of recruiters

-  Overseeing and improving overall candidate experience when applying for a role, and for a team member when in a role

-  Optimizing of on-boarding procedures & training of new hires

-  Participation in our firms’ strategic planning regarding employee development & engagement

-   Supporting current and future business needs through the development and motivation of human capital, nurturing a positive working environment

-   Create and execute strategy on developing a best in class learning and development program to ensure career progress & career path development for the team

-    Ensuring the Payroll, Benefits Program and administrative elements are running to expectations

Performance Indicators & Role Expectations


1.     The client's Net Promoter Score; with aims to be at >45%

2.     Employee Satisfaction rate >95%

3.     Enhance the quality of team evidenced by frequent assessment results

4.     Improve retention of new hires by 30% (quality of hires as priority)

5.     Launch an effective Educational & Training Program with direct positive impact on employee productivity


This role will be working in conjunction with the Director of Operations and the Director of Finance who shall be key stakeholders when reviewing the progress made by the Human Resource function. The Directors of Operations shall be providing guidance & direction on personnel requirements of the teams; hiring initiatives and training and educational needs; while the Director of Finance shall be providing guidance & direction on financial budgets.


This role shall work with all above stakeholders to identify, create and execute on the Global HR Strategy of the Company.
