Job description

Your Responsibilities
As an Investment & Transaction Associate, you will support their investment team in managing ongoing transaction processes and deal flow. You will work closely with partners, external advisors, financing partners, and target companies, gaining direct insight into entrepreneurial decision-making processes. This role combines analytical and transactional tasks with significant organizational responsibility, direct shareholder exposure, and clear ownership throughout the entire deal process
Your responsibilities include, in particular:
• Managing, coordinating, and tracking ongoing deal flow and transaction processes
• Preparing, organizing, and supporting due diligence processes
• Conducting market, competitive, and company analyses
• Creating decision-making templates, presentations, and transaction-related documents
• Organizing virtual data rooms and coordinating relevant information flows
• Coordinating with target companies, advisors, financing partners, and other external stakeholders, including participating in negotiation meetings
Your profile:
• Relevant professional experience in corporate finance/M&A/private equity or comparable fields
• Highly structured, independent, and reliable work style
• Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of business
• Experience in coordinating complex projects, processes, or transactions
• High organizational competence and the ability to efficiently manage multiple topics simultaneously
• Excellent Communication skills and a professional demeanor towards internal and external stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, and a results-oriented approach
• Fluent German and English skills
