My client is a boutique consultancy specialising in business, information and technology, helping clients transform their organisations and services. They have a diverse client portfolio across the public, private and not-for profit sectors. Recent clients include large government departments, charities and technology companies.

The role

You’ll be working on cutting-edge assignments with other Analysts, Project Managers and the client’s teams to help clients transform their organisations. This will include:

  • Analysis
  • Delivery (project management)
  • Business Partnering - building relationships, diagnosing issues, being innovative

They take a personalised coaching based approach to learning and development, giving you the tools you need to operate at the highest level.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for ambitious and creative people who want to play an integral part in making things happen. You will also have:

  • Solid academic background (Upper Second Class degree from a top university)
  • 1-3 years’ relevant experience in one of the following sectors: criminal justice, education and youth training, technology or social care
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative to get things done
