Our client is looking to expand and grow by delivering their cutting edge solution for operating online retail businesses to European markets, to help bring this about they are looking for capable professionals with experience in retail consulting. They are offering a unique chance to support the project management team in multiple business development projects through the sales process, from research to successful implementation, including liaison with clients, external and internal stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collation and production of sales, research and project documentation for business development meetings with prospective and existing clients and members of the Executive Board
  • Responding to client and management queries
  • Managing internal stakeholders to ensure the requirements of internal and external stakeholders are met
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings with existing and prospective clients to develop their understanding of the Online Retail Solution
  • Provide input into the ongoing development of the sales process including owning reference materials
  • Utilise Salesforce to track progress of all prospective clients through the process and produce upate reports for senior management and the board
  • Tracking of outstanding actions across the teams
  • Support the project management of sales plan for defined existing and prospective clients
  • In collaboration with key stakeholder within our clients business and in their defined client organisations, ensure the smooth, high quality and timely delivery of large and complex retail technology implementation to meet or exceed stakeholder and client expectations
  • Liaise with and build productive working relationships with subject matter experts across our clients business to facilitate successful pre and post sales activities
  • Be responsible for measuring, monitoring and reporting on progress at project milestones
  • Identify issues and problems, recommending approaches to address them, testing quality of data and reconciling data across sources, and presenting facts and evidence in meetings
  • Risk management: identifying and managing risks and ensuring that the risk management frameworks are implemented appropriately and effectively

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written
  • First class planning and organising skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to use Google Suite, Microsoft office (e.g. excel, powerpoint, word) and Salesforce

  • present a cohesive solution to the client
  • Ideally has experience of working internationally
  • Ideally speaks other languages to the level where they can conduct business
