About the role

Our client is always looking for highly analytical and structured thinkers to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Currently they are looking for individuals with an exceptional educational background from a top UK university who is business confident in Mandarin and open to travel to, and 2-3 weeks at a time based out of China.

Job description

  • At least 2-3 years consulting experience within a leading consultancy. An exceptional procurement professional could also fulfil this role
  • Significant experience within blue-chip organisations
  • Proven experience managing own projects and small project teams
  • Analytically strong
  • Solid functional knowledge in the areas of sourcing, procurement transformation, SRM initiatives and supply chain
  • Excellent teaming with ability to lead and/or take direction
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in complex environments
  • Demonstrated people management skills, including coaching of both consultants and client staff
