The role

Our client has ambitious plans to grow. Achieving these goals will require a best-in-class approach to marketing, public relations and how they manage their brand. They have a great marketing team who drive engagement with their customers, but know that they can do more. They are looking for an ambitious, energetic and strategic leader to join their team as Marketing Director to help them drive their growth agenda.

Key tasks

Provide strategic leadership and management of their marketing function, which includes public relations and brand
As a member of the company’s management group, provide input and support to corporate initiatives, goals and KPIs
Engage with the Executive Committee in setting and managing a marketing strategy and budget
Develop company marketing policies and processes and communicate those to the entire organisation
Deputise for the Chief Revenue Officer as required

Build and manage a marketing function that is fit-for-purpose and KPI-driven in order to drive utilisation of the service. This may include overhauling the company’s existing marketing technology infrastructure.
Work with our channel partners to develop and execute on marketing campaigns with their customers.
Leverage customer insights and segmentation to design and implement highly effective marketing campaigns
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports which demonstrates the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns/tactics
Oversee the company’s ‘Voice of the Customer’ strategy which seeks to engage patients and clinicians to gather feedback on the service, user experience and propositions

Public Relations
Work with our Agency to develop and execute on public relations strategies, social media campaigns, etc
Work with the team in identifying and planning for attendance at industry conferences and events

Oversee a renewed brand strategy exercise
Lead the execution of the outcomes from the brand strategy

Who fits the role
Experience in marketing, with a considerable amount of that experience in overseeing data-driven digital marketing campaigns
A broad skill set comprising expertise and knowledge in digital channel marketing, brand, communications, product marketing and demand generation
Knowledge and experience with the health care sector
Experience in B2B2C marketing
Analytical with a fine attention to detail
Experience of building and inspiring amazing marketing teams
C-level credibility with the ability to influence senior leadership decisions
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
An entrepreneurial mindset
