Mindbench is currently looking for Procurement Consultant and Senior Consultants for a specialist management consultancy firm, focused on procurement and supply chain improvement programmes, with exciting plans to grow rapidly in the next 18 months.

The Consultants lead specific workstreams on consulting projects, managing the collection and analysis of client data and contributing to the development of recommendations and solutions, once the strategies are agreed with the client, Consultants are responsible for planning and implementing them, and ensuring that targeted outcomes are achieved.

The Consultants provide support, guidance and direction to Business Analysts (Junior Consultants) on projects, ensuring methodologies and processes are followed, they are also responsible for managing key relationships with client stakeholders, leveraging their institutional knowledge and expertise, and ensuring buy-in to the agreed strategies.

- Management consulting experience, ideally within procurement and/or supply chain,

-Preferably a degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or Economics,

-Fluency in a European language (in addition to English) or Arabic, is highly desirable,

-Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability,

-Proficiency in the use of Excel and PowerPoint,

-Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders of all levels,

-Willingness to travel is also required.
