Our client are looking for new opportunities to better serve their customers and are developing further their service offering in the areas of savings.  They are looking to recruit a Product Manager with expertise and experience in the area of retail, consumer savings market.

The role offers exciting opportunities to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, leading and shaping new propositions in the savings market for one of the leading financial services brands. It is a challenging role, with regular exposure to executive level stakeholders and requires someone with a track record of high performance who will embrace demanding standards for quality and pace of delivery.

The successful candidate will have significant experience and expertise in the savings market. They will have either worked for a specialist savings fintech (eg. Moneybox, Chip, Plum) or a bank (either a challenger like Monzo or a more traditional savings product provider). As a result of this experience, they will possess deep knowledge of the savings market and associated products. Ideally they will have experience working in an agile delivery environment bringing innovative savings solutions to market and be excellent communicators who can effectively lead small teams and present to executive level stakeholders.

Requirements for the role: 

  • Experience developing savings solutions and propositions essential, preferably in a consumer facing FinTech or Bank
  • Strong knowledge of the savings market and participants required
  • Experience working with and reporting to executive level stakeholders preferred
  • Experience leading development teams preferred
  • Understanding and experience of Agile development methodologies preferred
