My client is an independent, medium sized consulting firm with a focus on transformational change.  This firm work side-by-side with their clients to shape and deliver complex, critical and lasting change. Their client list is impressive and includes major retailers, banks and healthcare firms.

With a flat structure and work centred around values, they have a strong internal culture with an impressive Consultant to Partner ratio, meaning that employee and client satisfaction is high. With a great demand from clients, they are continuously looking to hire rounded management consultants to join them.  

Role Information:

  • Projects range from Strategy, Mobilisation of change, Business/IT and Change Management.
  • You will be working across a variety of clients, whilst being fully supported by Partners on every project.
  • You will have no sales targets!! This means you can focus solely on what is right for the client.
  • You will receive extensive training and personal development support.
  • You will also receive high levels of autonomy with work flexibility.

Role Requirements:

  • You must have demonstrated competency in a top consulting firm (Manager level or equivalent). 
  • You will have proven experience in running complex programmes, change projects and team management.
  • You will have had client contact and enjoy building long-lasting relationships with people.
