We recruit for the Big 4, leading brand consultancies as well as boutique firms and the leading FTSE 100 companies. Mindbench works on a retained and contingent basis and recruits on a permanent and project basis for our clients. We work in the UK and internationally, and recruit at all levels for roles in the UK, across Europe, the Middle East and the APAC region. 

We hire and promote on merit alone and progression within Mindbench is rapid. From day 1, Mindbench staff are working with Directors and HR Managers at our clients to fulfill their requirements. We are a participative firm and our employees contribute actively to the management and development of Mindbench. Our employees are mentored and developed by our team, as well as attending specialist courses on recruitment and industry events.

The role:
  • Using our network and your business development skills, you will source and select outstanding candidates and take charge of the whole life-cycle of recruitment

  • Your development plan will identify your training needs and you will work with Mindbench in achieving the business and your professional goals


We are looking for researchers who relish the challenge of identifying and working with the best candidates in the industry.

What we look for.......
  • High calibre graduates (minimum 2:1 from a red brick university) 

  • Outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, drive and good team work skills
  • Ideally, an established competency in research - in recruitment or market research

The role:
  • Candidate generation and screening

  • Build our network and develop relationships with our current talent base 
  • Contribute to the development of the company and be mentored by our collegiate team. 
  • Maintain and advance relationships with leading business schools and universities


We are also looking for people to join as recruitment coordinators. You will be coordinating candidate meetings for candidates and ensuring that Mindbench candidates are given priority in scheduling at our clients. You will have a professional manner, and excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Mindbench will ensure that you develop your career further.
