Summary of the role:

The role of the Project Manager is to ensure the successful delivery of performance improvement projects, working on site with other members of their team, they will be refining processes and coaching managers and supervisors in new ways of working. Ensuring project activities are completed on time and on budget together with developing members of their team will be key objectives in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

• Project Managers are responsible for all elements of project delivery. Working with a project team on the client site from Monday to Thursday they will ensure that the project team delivers against project objectives.

• They will ensure that project deliverables are delivered in a timely manner and address identified issues.

• Working closely with the Programme Director the Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Team Management

• Project Managers will monitor performance of their team and provide feedback to support their development.

• Working with their team and client staff they will improve performance within client operations.

Requirements:

• Consulting experience from a consulting firm in relevant areas.

• Demonstrable experience in organisational change management.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, to ensure successful delivery of projects.

• Good analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement performance improvement solutions within a variety of environments.

• Ability to build strong client relationships, engaging staff at all levels.

• Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
