​We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join our growing client who are a specialist consulting firm focussing on healthcare, social care and local government. The role will be home based which can be anywhere in the UK, however some travel and overnight stays will be required.

What can you expect from the role?

As a Service Manager you will be responsible for managing and delivering strategically important projects where you will be using your excellent solution development and stakeholder management skills to continuously look for ways to improve the services we deliver to our clients. You will also be :

• Ensuring that your own knowledge is up-to-date, Independently identifying opportunities to grow your skills to support business effectiveness.

• Providing support for business development processes, including: tenders, sales pitches and propositions

• Forming impactful relationships with clients ensuring that they trust you fully to make a difference.

Whilst they have a Team bonus, salary reviews are based on an individual’s contribution to the organisation, unlike public sector and larger consultancies, they have no rigid grading structure, their employees are substantially rewarded for the job they do, with no restrictions on career progression.
