Job description

Our client is a major global energy company which is going through a huge transition and growth. They are looking for Market Analysts to help support their growth plans and inform strategic decision making. They have a range of current requirements listed below. If you have capability in one or more of these areas please get in touch. The roles are on-site at their HQ locations in the Middle East, working with diverse international teams. There are opportunities for both mid-level career Analysts and Senior Analysts.

Current Analyst requirements.

​1 Senior Energy Demand (Oil) Analyst: Responsible for developing market intelligence, insights and outlooks for Energy Demand (Oil and refined products), providing insights and advises management on business implications. Organizes data into report format and arranges graphic illustrations of research findings from market supply/demand research, policies and geopolitics, to price-forecasting.

2.Senior Refining Analyst: Responsible for developing market intelligence, insights and outlooks for oil refining industry, providing insights and advises management on business implications. Organizes data into report format and arranges graphic illustrations of research findings from market supply/demand research, policies and geopolitics, to price-forecasting.

3.Senior Economist: Interprets and predicts global economic conditions, to deliver timely, high quality economic research on issues related to energy sector and advises management on business implications. Organizes data into report format and arranges graphic illustrations of research findings. Ideally, have a master's degree in economics.

4.Senior Maritime Analyst: Responsible for analyzing the maritime sector’s complex data, providing insights and advises management on business implications. Organizes data into report format and arranges graphic illustrations of research findings on shipping trends, vessel technology and fuels pathways.

5.Senior Renewable Power Analyst: Responsible for analyzing the global renewable power market, focusing on solar, wind and energy storage assets, providing insights and advises management on business implications. Organizes data into report format and arranges graphic illustrations of research findings on policies on renewable energy and decarbonization of the power sector and understanding their impact on the long-term power mix.

6.Senior Mining Analyst: Responsible for analyzing the global minerals and mining sector with a focus on the energy transition supply chain, providing insights and advises management on business implications. Organizes data into report format and arranges graphic illustrations of research findings from market supply/demand research to price-forecasting.

7.Senior Critical Minerals Analyst: Responsible for analyzing the global critical minerals with a focus on the energy transition supply chain, providing insights and advises management on business implications. Organizes data into report format and arranges graphic illustrations of research findings from market supply/demand research, policies and geopolitics, to price-forecasting.

8.Senior Hydrogen Analyst: Responsible for developing market intelligence, insights and cost competitive analysis for the low carbon hydrogen (LCH) market and carbon economy, providing insights and advises management on business implications. Organizes data into report format and arranges graphic illustrations of research findings from market supply/demand research, policies and geopolitics, to price-forecasting.

9.Senior Construction Materials Analyst: Responsible for analyzing the global construction materials and other low carbon materials, providing insights and advises management on business implications. 10.Senior Digital Sector Analyst: Responsible for analyzing the digital sector’s complex data, providing insights and advises management on business implications.
