We have 20 years+ experience of supporting the growth of our clients. We work across business sectors and functional areas including strategy, change management, operational improvement, supply chain, digital and analytics.

We work with clients based in the UK, US, Germany, France, the UAE and further afield.

We support clients. We work at all levels from graduates with a few years experience, to Managers, Director and Partner level search assignments and placements.

Choosing the right hiring partner is vital

We are highly focussed in the service we offer around hiring management consultants and ex-management consultants. Our clients typically have complex requirements involving a mix of industry, functional, technical and sometimes language requirements.

We get to know the brief in-depth and also add our insights and knowledge of the candidate marketplace to help inform the clients on the specifics of the requirements and sometimes help shape the job description.

We discuss with the clients the specifics of each requirement and what the most appropriate techniques could be used for their needs. These will typically involve a combination of executive Search, utilising our own Database and Advertising. We create a shortlist of appropriate candidates within a timely manner and provide the client with rich insights on the individual candidates motivations and suitability for the role. We manage the process from search to hire and stay in regular contact with both clients and candidates throughout. In a challenging candidate driven marketplace, our trusted long-term relationships with candidates and in-depth market knowledge helps improve the outcomes for our clients.

We work long term with our clients to support their growth over the long term. We typically support clients with multiple hiring requirements in several areas and over several years, working with multiple stakeholders and hiring for them their leadership and specialist talent to drive their growth.
